First, I want to say the customer service is the best.. My emails and phone calls about any questions that I had were answered in a timely manner. (before and after the purchase) I had contacted other tuners and chose Trifecta because of the reviews and response to my questions.
I purchased this tune for my sons Colorado because it was sluggish, shifted poorly and overall performance for a V6 was very disappointing.
This tune on a factory stock truck made it work like it should. The shifts are much better, the engine and throttle response are great. It feels like a new truck.
I would not hesitate to use them for future tunes and highly recommend their products and services. Thank you to Trifecta.
