TRIFECTA presents a complete powertrain power delivery profile calibration (performance tune) for the MY2012--2013 and MY2014--Present Chevrolet Impala Limited 3.6L LFX engine and corresponding 6T70 automatic transmission reprogramming. The TRIFECTA Performance powertrain calibration is an easy to install software performance calibration with an included flash loader device that will yield gains of up to +23 ft-lbs and +22 WHP under the curve (and +6 ft-lbs and +11 WHP peak on 91 octane) to a completely stock Chevrolet Impala 3.6L (LFX) MY2012--2013 and MY2014--Present Chevrolet Impala Limited.

-gains of up to +23 ft-lbs and +20 WHP under the curve (and +6 ft-lbs and +11 WHP peak on 91 octane)

  • 17 Digit Vehicle Identification Number.

    Must be exactly 17 digits, 9th digit must be 0--9 or 'X', and cannot contain characters 'I', 'O', or 'Q'.

After driving w-body impala's for over 8 years (4 of them in a limited), I can honestly say this is the best they've ever felt. Stop waiting and purchase this tune! I was initially worried about the throttle being too sensitive -but it isn't. The tranny remap is truly phenomenal in town and on the highway. The eco-mode also works as advertised. The only other mods on my car are a WIX drop in air filter (basically stock but passes slightly more air), the Addco swaybar with Moog end-links, and flow master 40 series delta-flow knocks offs and there are no issues present. 

The customer service from Trifecta is also top-notch, which is what initially drew me in. I've run into a few minor issues, but they helped me every time with prompt assistance!

10/10 would buy from Trifecta again for future cars!

I had been on the fence about getting this tune for a long time because up until this purchase I had never modified a car this way before. I saw a fair share of mixed reviews I looked at different options but I chose Trifecta because they seemed to have the better tech support. It has only been a few days with the tune and WOW I'm very impressed with the results it has totally transformed my car. The install of the tune was so simple and quick the entire process took less than 10 mins with my laptop and the Flash cable that they provide. Before the tune my car seemed muzzled the shifts were slow and lazy the transmission always seemed to have a mind of its own and do whatever it pleased. The engine seemed like it was always pulling power even at WOT. At highway speeds to pass a car the pedal would have to be smashed to the floor then usually it would refuse to downshift most times. The tune has cleaned all that up the throttle response is much quicker pedal travel to get a response out of the car has been greatly reduced. The car revs faster and the powerband feels much broader now rather than just making power at higher revs. It is more willing to downshift gears rather than constantly trying to upshift to max gear my car finally feels like all its horse power has been unlocked.
