TRIFECTA presents a complete powertrain power delivery profile calibration for the MY2015+ Chevrolet Colorado / GMC Canyon LFX engine and corresponding 6L50 automatic transmission reprogramming. The TRIFECTA Performance Chevrolet Colorado LFX 3.6 and GMC Canyon LFX 3.6 MY2015+ powertrain calibration is an easy to install software performance calibration with an included flash loader device that will yield gains of up to +31 ft-lbs and +27 WHP (Peak gains of up to +26 ft-lbs and +21 WHP) to a completely stock GMC Canyon LFX 3.6 MY2015.
 
The TRIFECTA Advantage Powertrain Calibration for the MY2015+ GMC Canyon includes a TRIFECTA flash loader.
 
Specifications of the TRIFECTA Performance Chevrolet Colorado MY2015+ and GMC Canyon MY2015+ 3.6 LFX ECM software reprogramming:
 
-gains of up to +31 ft-lbs and +27 WHP under the curve (and +26 ft-lbs and +21 WHP peak on 91 octane)

Trifecta Advantage 2015 GMC Canyon 3.6L V-6

I'll start by saying I wanted to burn this truck to the ground because of the horrible performance, shift sequence and GM support.  I swear the truck would start out in 3rd gear from a dead stop and would dang near get me rear ended during stop and go traffic.  GM was of no help.  The Trifecta Advantage changed all of that (GM service still sucks though). I don't have to hammer on it at stoplights and hope it goes or stay in one lane when on the interstate.  It drives like it should!!

I decided to go with this program due to shifting and mileage issues with my 2015 GMC Canyon. The down loading was easy and boy! did I get a surprise the first time I backed out of my driveway. It was like a completely new high performance truck. I have the 3.6L V6 and can’t be more happy with it . I had the program installed since around 15k miles and now have 51k. Abosolutely nothing but go things to say about the Trifecta program. My milage jumped from around 18 city to 23mpg. On the road driving the speed limit and truck empty I’m getting 25 to 27 MPG. That is in the economy mode.

I will buy this program for my next truck for sure but I’m loving my truck so much now it is going to be a long while before I trade or sell it.

I purchased the tune one month after purchasing a brand new 2016 GMC Canyon SLT. It was sluggish and struggled with power and acceleration from a stop as well as the transmission searching for the proper gear. I have now owned the truck for over 2 years and can honestly say, it drives like a different truck. I get better mpg and better acceleration like I would not have thought possible. This tune is legit and makes it a completely different truck. I will definitely buy this for my next truck. It's definitely worth it. My friends who own Tundras and Tacomas are jealous and wish this was available for their trucks. Ha!

I don't ever go for any snake oil cures for anything so it was a hard decision to drop my money on this. I saw nothing but great reviews for Trifecta tunes so I went against instinct and bought it. I'm glad I did. I had an engine ping the dealer told me didn't exist. Personally, I don't think he even knew what an engine ping sounded like. The Trifecta tune cured the ping. It also fixed the hunting transmission shifting. I love the highway mode too. The performance mode is awesome. It almost performs like a sports car. I'm seeing a few mpg gain which a bonus but that wasn't why I bought it.

Just installed the Advantage tune on my 2015 GMC Canyon SLT 3.6 10000 miles, it absolutely woke the truck up from its boring factory programming !! The auto trans shift points have improved dramatically !! Also the eco mode on the cruise on off button is a nice touch.Very easy install about 15 minutes total time ,and great communication from Trifecta. I will update my fuel mileage and overall satisfaction in the near future.

WOW, WOW! Im blown away. Cannot believe the difference. I might actually keep this 2016 chevy colorado now. The wonky transmission was my only complaint,trifecta just fixed it thanks TIM in pittsburgh,pa.

Absolutely awesome tune. Like many others the I found that the truck was very sluggish and seemed to require way too much pedal to get it to accelerate, then when it would finally realize you wanted to speed up it would downshift two gears and spike the RPM's when all you wanted was to go a little faster. This tune made a night and day difference, the power is always available now. I just loaded the tune, but I am so glad I found it. I was ready to trade in my truck and found Trifecta as the nick of time.

I have owned my 2015 GMC Canyon for over a year now. I came from a 09 Impala SS 5.3L. I love my truck but i was highly disappointed with the performance and shifting for a truck with 305HP. I put and exhaust and intake hoping to pull a little extra out of it, which it did but the shifting was holding the truck back big time. I finally decided to go with a tune. After checking out all the tunes available for this truck, I settled in on Trifecta they have the best performance numbers and the most customer reviews, not to mention there pricing is better than anyone else out there. This tune is amazing, I can honestly say I don't miss my SS anymore, the low end power this tune adds is exactly what I was missing coming from a V8. I went with the advantage tune, cause do not plan to do any more aftermarket parts beside the intake and exhaust which was on before I tuned it. If you even slightly considering it BUY IT you will not regret it, I spent more on my intake than I did on the this tune. This was the best $300.00 I have ever spent on any car I have ever owned....

I installed my tune yesterday and it’s an amazing difference the way the truck performs. It pulls firmly up through the gears, which is pretty much the opposite of what it used to do, and holds you firmly back in your seat. It has taken me a little time to adjust to the accelerator which now only needs to be pressed down slightly to get it hauling Butt!

I stumbled onto Trifecta by accident after reading a few posts online. Everything that they said is true about the performance or lack thereof of the new Colorado's and Canyon 3.6L engine. I was blinded by the flaws that my new truck had when it came to performance because I had the "new truck syndrome" after driving an inline 5 cylinder Colorado for years. I highly recommend buying the tune from these guys, you won't believe the difference it makes in the seat of your pants feel upon acceleration. I hardly ever want to use the cruise anymore to put it into ECO mode. I was sceptical about the entire process but after weighing the possibilities and what I received in customer service and the tune are far beyond what I expected. I bought the Advantage tune which solved all issues that I didn't notice while out for a test drive. Wake up your 3.6L, you won't be disappointed!

After about 2 months/3000 miles, I am thrilled with the tune on my 2015 Canyon V6. It gives the truck a definite improvement in in power, but perhaps even more significant is the transmission shifting improvement. It doesn't seem to hunt gears, and when you need it to downshift for a pass or something similar, you don't have to put your foot to the floor. Much better shift pattern and responsiveness. The tune is the best money I have spent on my truck by far.

Where do we start? How about a burnout? Yes, I can! This is one of the best tunes I've ever used on a vehicle. Just the seat of the pants result is worth the cost and it's not even that pricey! I've had my other cars tuned and this is one of the best ones I've done on a car/truck. The way it smoothed out the power delivery and the quicker reaction from the throttle. Even the slightest input on the throttle gets a response. Just perfect! I hate delays like what I had in my 2007 Civic Si from the factory. I have to really watch myself with the way the truck drives now because you just want to keep stepping on it. I forget that I'm in a truck because of how responsive it is. It wants to just deliver the power and rev the motor out. It's probably surprised some folks already on how quick this thing is entering a freeway. I know one passenger of mine didn't expect it when I punched it. She just kinda got wide eyed.

 

Now, we must not forget the people behind the scenes. The customer service is also top notch by the way. I am not actually a self-researching type of guy and I am hesitant when it comes to plugging in programs in my cars no matter how many times I've done it before, but they kept answering my questions. For that, I've forgiven them for making me wait a whole weekend for my cable.

 

Am I a satisfied customer from reading my review? You betcha! If I ever buy another vehicle, I'll be praying Trifecta is available for 'em. It's an absolute must!

This tune made a night and day difference, the power is always available now. First drive i took with it I almost spun the tires pulling out of my garage because of the power difference. Before I was looking at exhaust and CAI's and anything else I could do to get more power out of this truck as it felt so under powered, which didn't make any sense considering it was rated for 300hp, but now with this tune it has more then enough power for everything I need and I don't need to buy anything else. Really happy with the product.
