This billet wastegate actuator is a drop-in replacement for the OE wastegate actuator. The OE wastegate actuators can have somewhat inconsistent holding strength and as miles accumulate on the vehicle, may lose the ability to maintain consistent boost levels. This Forge Motorsport wastegate actuator employs a stiffer spring than the OE wastegate actuator for higher and more consistent boost levels. Additionally, this wastegate actuator employs a piston style actuator and is fully serviceable, unlike the OE wastegate actuator. Recommended for those looking for the best and consistent performance out of their tuned 1.4T vehicle! Also recommended for aftermarket upgraded-compressor wheel turbochargers!
